Below are listed several classes coming up in 2011. Full of
fun, laughter, mystery and joy, Rabiah teaches beginner belly dance for
people of all shapes, sizes and ages. This year, we will be learning
choreography and belly dance movements. Build posture, flexibility and
coordination while learning the basic of belly dance movement in a fun
and supportive environment.
Wear comfortable
clothing, and if you have hip scarves and yoga pads bring
them. Most importantly, bring your whole passionate dancing self!
Beginners welcome. No experience necessary.
Please check with your physician before if you have any
medical issues which may interfere with this dance/exercise.
